The Challenge
We had to do everything from scratch, work in an agile way and get results fast. The goal was to grow organic traffic and recover the sales level reached during the pandemic.
Our scope covered Spain and Italy, in Spanish and Italian.
After the results in Spain, the client chose Convertix for its international expansion. Based on business, market and SEO analyses, Italy was chosen as the pilot market.
THE SOLUTION
We ran a full technical optimisation to improve crawling and indexing, with special attention to eCommerce must-haves. We defined a more detailed product segmentation and launched new categories and subcategories to increase topical relevance and internal linking. We wrote specific briefings for every category and product page and managed the full content process. In the first year of our collaboration, revenue passed the records set during the pandemic. In Italy, top-100 rankings grew by +850% in only 6 months.
