THE RESULTS
Saba Parkings sells parking spaces in city centres and next to major train stations. The business was built around parking infrastructure and offline sales, so the biggest challenge was cultural: moving the whole organisation to think digital-first and proving that organic search could become a reliable acquisition channel.

The Challenge
Saba had strong offline demand but an under-exploited organic presence, and an internal culture focused on infrastructure and offline sales. Digital needed a clear, evidence-based case before it could earn investment — and parking is an intensely local category, where people search for a specific place, close to where they are, right now.
Our scope focused on Spain for Local SEO and Google Business Profile, with international SEO audits across the UK, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Chile.
Clustering the site’s URLs by page type reframed the roadmap: listing pages were 42% of URLs but drove only 25% of traffic, while parking pages were 30% of URLs yet generated 57% of traffic — telling us exactly where to concentrate.
THE SOLUTION
We treated points of interest — stations, landmarks, venues, neighbourhoods — as the real demand drivers, validating POI by POI whether Saba had a car park nearby before creating new listing pages. We built the local layer with Google Business Profile so car parks surfaced in local and “near me” searches, and launched a blog on its own dedicated domain with an SEO Playbook and editorial guidelines. A dedicated parking-finder landing reached #1 for “parking cerca de mí” — the only one answering the query by writing “cerca de ti” (near you). Google Business Profile alone contributed around 10% of total clicks, all new organic traffic.
