A day to get to know each other better

Days like this are a great way to get to know our colleagues better. Many of us work remotely, so not everyone could make it to Madrid, but the team that did made the most of it.

The only rule: there are no rules

Our motto for the day was simple: “The rule is there are no rules.” A full day, and night, without an agenda. Lunch at a city beach club, cocktails on a rooftop and dancing until late. That was the only plan.

The conversation always comes back to growth

Between food, drinks and dancing, the conversation followed its usual path: how we can grow smarter, build better and keep raising the quality bar, for our clients and for each other.
